What this website collects

Nothing. This website sets no cookies, loads no analytics and embeds no third-party scripts, fonts or maps. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for a short period, solely to operate and secure the service.

The contact form

The contact form does not send anything to our server. It composes an e-mail in your own mail client, which you then send. The details you include (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) are used only to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where an enquiry leads to a contract, on the basis of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiry data is kept for at most 12 months after the last communication unless a business relationship follows.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. Send any request to info@project-cloud.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
